Hey, I have been trying to get fleshwarped casque (the green one) for months and it does not drop. They drop from two or three enemies those atherial big things, was trying to make that helm from it. But doesnt drop, this needs a buff to drop of 2%.
Go to the secret merchant past the blood grove. His name escapes me atm.
