Is the Haunt Relic SB ? If not Im searching someone who can build it for me :cry::D Im leveling my 2second char atm - skilled my first completely wrong

Generally, for leveling AAR, most people I speak to use the Rover Relic. You get it by doing the quest to find the Talisman, then keeping it. It’s got a handy granted skill that helps with energy early on. Late game, generally people use things like Agrivix’s Malice or another purple-level relic, not really Haunt.
