I don’t know , I don’t use third party tools or mods , I am pretty sure GDstash can do that but still I don’t recommend tools or mods until you are familiar enough with the game

I just have few more questions. Could you guys please help me 
- My level goes faster than the progress you show me in the guideline. I am lv75 and now the gear setup is just lv60. Is it fine to progress to next gear
- Some devotion has assigned skills. I max out the devotion with that skill. What if I remove the devotion? Does the skill exist even I remove devotion?
- My devotion states 42/55 unlocks. Is there any tool to track what I am missing
- I follow your guide lv65 devotion. Now I am 75 but I cannot active spear of the heaven
- With lv75 gear setup from your guide, can I clear all the content in the normal mode yet?

It’s a guide, not a rulebook. Use the best gear you can get for your level.
Your level will increase faster if you explore a lot or backtrack, and that’s fine.
No, you need the devotion to get the skill.
However, you do not lose the skill level. If you take the devotion again later, the skill will still be maxed out.
However, you don’t really need it. If you play normal and ultimate, there are WAY more shrines than you need. (Ultimate alone has enough shrines to max your devotions and then some.) Let alone if you also play elite.
Because you did not unlock the shrines yet, because you are still in normal difficulty.
Again, it’s a guide, not a rulebook. See the character in the guide as a goal, and find your own path there.
Just unlock more shrines and add devotions as you go.
Yes, should be fine, barring the odd celestial boss like the Ravager. (Those honestly are an entirely different ball game)

It’s totally fine to progress your levels faster than me , you can’t activate Spear of the Heavens cause you still missing Devotion shrines you will catch up cause there is plenty of them when you progress to the next difficulty. Don’t stress too much ,enjoy the game ,progress your skill tree and devotions will come by at some point
I have few more question again guys
- Devotion point stops at 55. So there is no reason for me to find shrine anymore right. I just need rush to ultimate. Nothing to do with Elite
- There some green area that I cannot enter because my HP was drained down like the Deadman’s Glitch. How to enter those area
- What are the endgame content? I saw your video fighting an avatar or god something

1: Shrines are still worth picking cause extra EXP and easy loot , some of them requires rare materials I usually skip that ones but I do all Desecrated ones cause they are mini totems
2: this areas you have to move really quick , use Cluster or be high regen build that can outheal the damage
3: Endgame involves Celestial bosses , Shattered Realm push and farming , Crucible push and farming and basically real endgame is starting another character like most of us do

Can I grind the lv94 gear in Elite mode? Or I have to go to Ultimate
I am lv83 now
Krieg set drops only in Ultimate

did they change that recently? I can swear I have farmed Kreig set in other difficulties in the past
was changed sometime as part of/after 1.2, lvl 94 boss unqiues/legendary MIs got moved to Ult for pretty much everything
(something something not cheesing Elite Ravager for the helmet etc 
- tho i think officially it was also because of Normal made to scale to lvl 100)

I got nothing from Cronley’s neither outside and inside.
You are probably too high level if the mobs are much lower than you, that’s why I jump to Elite to farm DC reputation cause Cronley gang in Normal stops scaling after level 40

I find the easiest way for devil’s crossing reputation is to do the act 1 quests. You can do them pretty quickly on elite and ultimate and get a lot of faction XP. Then Cronley + bounties after. And pick up a bunch of shrines and normal XP at the same time if you still need them.
(Don’t forget to apply the writs as soon as you hit honored, it makes it go faster.)

Mandates are for alts, put in shared stash to your next char, helps them speed up rep gain from lvl 1

it’s from his suffix,
remember you don’t need to worry about exact affixes, base item is what matters
if you click the slot/item in GT it will display it, and then it can also take you to the target location
