My key bindings are set to the default for using the potions:
However, I have to press R for the Health potion.
Also, the HUD icon for the potions are set low and partially hidden:
you’re using a UI/hud mod, might be conflicting, try disable it and then wait for teh mod to be updated
*also game is way darker than normal, Reshade conflict perhaps?
The Grim UI mod was the problem.
