The part of the Health orb that is not covered by the Constitution overlay looks to me as though it’s empty. I think the non-Constitutioned part needs to be more emphatically red.

Imo the yellow is too bright, I think bringing that down some would make it look better.

It takes a bit of time to get used to the switch from the bar to the orb, but the main issue is that health loss on the orb is extremely unnoticeable—by the time you notice it, your health is practically almost gone, which is pretty risky in Expert Mode. I’d suggest making some color tweaks so that health loss on the orb stands out right away, just like it does with the bar.
