help me out with the synergy between grenado's transmuter and High Impact

as the title of this post,
I want to know the synergy between Skyfire Grenado and High Impact.

first, due to skyfire grenado, 80% of grenado’s physical dmg converted to lgtning dmg.

so, this is my question.
the High Impact appies first? (n physical dmg * high impact’s modifier) * 0.8 lgtning dmg

or would it just applies for the rest ratio? (1-0.8 = 0.2)

Skill Modifiers (e.g. High Impact) apply before conversion.

Therefore, Grenado lightning damage will benefit from the physical damage bonus on High Impact.
