Help with Arcanist Elemental Build (heavy picture post)

I have an almost pure arcanist (elemental build). I use the Shaman class to get some extra points and some health. That’s all.

I don’t like the lightning archanist using Callidor’s Tempest + Aether Ray, so I decided to play Panetti’s + Devastation as my main spells. I need help to improve my build. I got 2 green items yesterday witch improves muy damage without lowering my resistances (I have to equip something in my shoulders armor).

I have some passive skills in the items too, so my damage is higher in comparison with the inventory dps. What items do you think I should get?
