Help with conjurer please

I tried to follow an old guide written in 2017 and so far it’s not doing too good.
I’m level 70 and I can barely hurt anything in elite difficulty. Any tips, change or ideas would be very appreciated.

What do you have of the game? 2017 is likely to be way out of date with all the changes the game has had since then.
