Remove a single point from Raise Skeletons and put it in Hellhound. An 8 point Hound will do you more good than another point in Skeletons here.
Also, you might want to drop Blizzard and instead take Rhowan’s Crown for the Resistance Reduction(RR) that it provides along with its proc.
And try to see if you can get Assassin’s Blade too since your pets outside of Familiars will de doing a bit of physical dmg as well. But that is not really necessary though, considering all the conversions and stuff going on.
Change relic to something useful to pets if you can. Hysteria can be bought at Homestead and Mortality from the Malmouth people. Savage & Ancestor are your other 2 options at that level.
In Grim Drawn it is generally not a good idea to evenly spread points around. With a few exceptions, you’re going to get the most bang for your buck if you either put one point, soft cap, or max out skills.
Put as many points into Raise Skeleton as possible, invest enough points to reach the highest breakpoint on Undead Legion that you can with the items you have, and take Manipulation.
After that I’d soft cap Master of Death, max Blood of Dreeg, soft cap Aspect of the Guardian, soft cap Storm Spirit, and then go for CoF/Vulnerability
I can’t really recommend a devotion setup without knowing what your final goal is.
