You will get more damage out of Callidor’s Tempest by using Wraith of Agrivix legendary set. But for my build I wasn’t too worried about the Damage of Callidor’s Tempest as I was making a proc build off it. So I took the 3 piece Iskandra’s Set for the Physical Resists.
Most important thing to try and do with Callidor’s Tempest is get it up to level 26. Again on mine I only have level 22 but that is made up for by all my procs.

Quick question, why do you use Temper with Flame Touched?
I put 1 point in it to get 38 extra armor since I have +4 to temper. It definitely can be used else where but I have really low armor so every bit helps
