Help with Reflect Damage

Hi all,

Been easily cruising on my second HC character (a Tactician) after my Commando died to the last boss in Act 5 in elite. I’m now in Ultimate and when I hit a RD boss my health keeps dropping fast and procs Menhir’s even when standing inside Inquisitor’s Seal. Is it because I have too much Internal Trauma damage? Any suggestions on what to do?

If internal trauma dmg is being reflected you need physical resist, dmg absorption and/or reduced reflection dmg.

Reduced reflect damage can help quite a lot. Solemn Watcher, Owl and Crane have it and medals like Sigil of the Bear King.
