Does Curse of Frality stack with Focused Gaze?

Because that would be an awesome physical % reduction if it did

Yes. Focused Gaze is multiplicative whereas CoF is additive, fyi.DISREGARD

I cannot check atm, but “Focused Gaze” should reduce a target physical damage (18% ??) while CoF reduce a target physical resistance.
