I use to be heavily into D2; friends tried getting me into titan quest, but i’m not a fan of the greecian look it had (preferred the gothic feel of D2).
I use to play a Lagomancer as others termed them almost exclusively, other characters I tried just to see how they went Sorceror & Barbarian we’re probably my most levelled, my paladin i thought was awesome but i stacked that much sacrifice he was 2 hitting himself to death most bosses so i chucked it.
Yeah i prefer the idea that if a game is going to throw mobs at me like the ocean piling waves on the beach; i may as well have as many ‘pets’ as there are grains of sand on the beach to tell it to go stuff off lols.
The difference between melee & ranged characters are the minuscule fractions by which they differentiate their inferiority to minion spam.
