Name is Josh and I have a problem with ARPGs.
I join in hopes of curing this terrible disease.
Saw the idea for this gem a few years ago when searching for a D2 style arpg. However, I forgot about it with the upcoming releases of Diablo 3, Torchlight 2, and PoE in the mix. Unfortunately, all were a disappointment. I’m sure many can relate. Couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon Grim Dawn again. I was slightly taken back by how seemingly slow this game has been developed. However, after videos and the amount of praise and parallels between old D2 arpg style gameplay, I convinced myself I would buy this on a steam sell or the final version. Yeah…I couldn’t wait, so I bought it here on the site. I already feel like I got my moneys worth compared to cough D3 cough and I’ve only played a couple of nights. So far so good, I am really enjoying blowing things up with my explosive gun and grenades!
