Highest pop achieved?

Hello fellow Ladies and Gents,

I have several saves over 12hrs of playtime, most of them are 1000 population.

Strange for me is that it seems that I am hitting a hard population capacity limit, as suddenly only 1-2 people are born and basically nobody immigrates (even with all markers full green, 12mo of food available and a pretty good overall logistics)

Is there a pop limit of 1000 on the game or am I just missing something?

It would be fun to play around with something like 3-4k population. I barely even use the large map. Medium is even more than enough.

Yes, there is a population cap of 1k to help with optimisation atm. Crate expect that to be removed nearer to full release of the game in a few months’ time.
