i have some problem with my hospital (Krankenhaus). the jobs are free but i cannot select a doctor (Heilkundiger) for it.
or maybe i am wrong at some point
Not a bug. You need to either wait for an educated worker to turn up or unassign all your workers to find someone who’s educated, but doing another job atm.
Frankly you’re very low on labourers and since you have a teacher it should be easy to get more educated villagers if you increase your housing to get more people to immigrate.

i would suggest unassigning one of your apothecary workers, then put them in the hospital. Right now you only have 4 laborers and you got unlucky that none of them have an education
