It’s always bothered me that Plaguebearer’s is the only affix that gives flat RR. It’s poison biased, so good luck getting it on anything useful. Also, I like to keep my builds neat, and maybe I don’t want to do poison damage on my aether build. It’s ruining the vibe! Also there’s flat RR on Mark of Dreeg now which is also poison based.
I propose moving the flat RR to a different affix. Something like Sanctification. If you don’t want it on a suffix, then make a new prefix that’s similar to Sanctification.
