Hi. I created this topic because I don’t know whether life steal effect will be applied to every player when they cast the same name debuff skill which has life steal effect (Siphon Souls, Wendigo’s Mark and etc.) at the same time. I know only highest skill level debuff can be applied to enemies when more than two players cast the same name debuff. But there is a question of whether life steal effect will be applied to every player who casts the same name debuff with life steal effect. If you know about this, please tell me. (And excuse me for my poor English.)
