How do I get my steam key when pre-ordering?

I pre-ordered the base game and heard that I also get the steam key from humble bundle, but looked around on the HB site, and don’t see a GD key for steam.

So how can I get this?

If the preorder was via the kickstarter, then in your humble bundle account page there will be the key to add the game to steam.

If you cannot see it anywhere, then I’d contact HB direct and explain the situation and make sure you let them have your email that you used to purchase the game with.

Crate are unlikely to be able to help as they have nothing to do with the game sales/pre orders.

You can try Humble’s Order Resender. Also have you changed your email since then?
