A bit confused by this. I have Viper and Hand of Ultos for X% rr and Elemental Storm for X rr. And now I also have a mythical Open Hand of Mercy. I know that only -X% reduced resistance stacks, but how do all those other reduced resistance sources interact with each other since they all have different values and apply for different amount of time.
