I want to play a summoner with a friend who will be playing another summoner (occultist/necromancer) and I was wondering how the different pet bonus stack ?
Do bonus on gear “to all pets” also affect my friend pets ? Will “Hungering Void” also affect his pets ?
Would a shaman/occultist summoner (like this: http://www.grimtools.com/calc/YZe9QndZ ) synergise well with a necro/occultist ( like this: http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63153 ) ?

No. They will only effect you, hence will effect your pets.
Will “Hungering Void” also affect his pets ?
Yes. Hungering Void has a radius, therefore it will effect you, your pets, him and his pets so long as they are inside of the radius which is centred on your character.

Hard to say. Keep in mind that auras from the same mastery skill will not stack (i.e. you cannot have 2 Bonds of Bysmiel, the one with the highest bonuses will overwrite the other). This is worth mentioning as you both have overlap by taking Occultist.
In that case, you’d ideally want to split auras and skills with radiuses between both of you to maximise skill point usage.
Personally though, I wouldn’t worry about it. You should still be able to beat the game without any difficulty even if there’s crossover in auras and it means you aren’t limiting your character’s potential by not taking important auras if you choose to play on your own later down the line.
Thanks for your help. There is indeed a few skills that will overlap, so we will need to split between them (CoF, Blood Dreeg and some devotions).
A question I forgot to ask about synergies, will our skills and pet skills affect the other pets ?
I’m thinking about Mend Flesh and Storm spirit from the raven, and Bonds of Bysmiel from the Occultist.

This is a character I intend to only play with him rather casually, so I was thinking of an efficient build to be able to clear most of the content together without farming a lot for specific gear, but maybe dual summoner is not the best way to go.
Storm Spirit will, not sure about Mend Flesh but I don’t see why not. I wouldn’t rely on it though 
Basically, anything that has a radius to it will apply to your pets and your friend/his pets. Emboldening Roar, Hellfire, Flame Touched and Storm Spirit are all popular ones as they add flat damage and/or strong passive effects.
Other oddball ones like Wendigo Totem or Inquisitor Seal that are entities that apply a radial buff will do the same so long as you, your pets or your friend or his pets are inside the radius.

Compare the above to Solael’s Witchfire - it does not have a radius and it’s bonuses do not apply to pets so it will only apply to you, it is a self-buff.

There are plenty of class combinations or ways to build a Summoner other than Shaman/Occultist/Necromancer. DaShiv pre-expansion showed that combinations that utilise Arcanist or Demolitionist can be strong and recently, a build that made use of Inquisitor did the same. Though, I wouldn’t recommend Soldier/Nightblade combinations as those are pretty bare bones for pet support
