How does this guy do life leech?

I am a new player and I watched this youtube video today

Couldn’t figure out how can his Health Regen/leech so fast

Gentleman this is not a magic trick. Take a close look at skill description on “Ulzuin’s Wrath”.
Devotion has Wayward Soul and Giant Blood. Skill procs faster with 12~18% CDR . Band of Eternal Pyre also converted lightning damage to fire.

I think he’s got a few sources flat and %HP regen from skills and devotions: vindictive flame, inquisitor seal, lizard, giant, pheonix etc + attack damage to health on ulzuin’s wrath. But mostly he’s stacking a lot of alternating circuit breakers: prismatic diamond, tortoise, blast shield (+inq seal damage reduction) - with a lot of sources of healing: word of renewal, giant proc, wayward soul proc, and blast shield. You can see he stays in the pack when the circuit breakers, procs and skills are active and keeping the damage reduction and healing up - and then kites/teleports away during the cooldowns.
