How rare are certain prefixes/sufixes on green items?

I am trying to buy Arcanist’s Fleshwarped Tome of the Arcane Blaze from Hyram on Steelcap District but I am already 4 hours in login/logout to refresh the shop and have rarely seen the sufix of the Arcane Blaze and not only once the 2 affixes together, is there a better way to do this?

I’ve found it very rare (pun intended) that vendors sell double greens. I’ve done the same thing looking for a Barbaric Imperial War Axe of Fervor

I heard that some combinations are impossible to drop, but I have no idea if that’s true, and if there is an overview of impossible combinations.

About 2% I think, did 2 hours vendor last month, the best so far was an Essencedrinker Tomes of Solael’s malice with 18% cdr. I wish rifts get closer to vendors, that would save a lot of time.
