I have made 103 Legendary Accessories from the Blacksmith in Tyrant’s Hold

Just wondering if I am really unlucky or if the Medal is just that rare

i don’t think the entire table of legendaries is available. i once got the same pair of gloves 4x in a row. must be a fairly limited pool

It is rarer than some accessories, indeed (like Lifegiver’s Signet), but i bet you just got some bad luck too. Do note, that a total number of accessories is ~60 (exceluding recipe ones), so you have to make ~1000 crafts for some consistency.
