how to enter the new Areas?
I can see that it’s behind the wardens lab…

Speak with Creed at Fort Ikon, after beating the Loghorrean.

After you finish the main game, you will get a new quest to speak to Inquisitor Creed at Fort Ikon. He will deliver an updated speech (similar to the main game’s ending) and then Bourbon will warp in via riftgate to let you know that Devil’s Crossing is under attack.
