Okay my first question is … how can i unlock the Shrine in this screenshot?

Also how do I get to the Tomb for the Sacred Ashes quest from the Death’s Vigil Keeper. I see no way of getting there in the Asterkarn Valley, so I assume I will have to get to Fort Ikon first right?

But the only gate I found for Fort Ikon in the Asterkarn Valley can not be opened?

It happens through a side quest which you can get at the Rover camp at Arkovia after you reach honored reputation with them.
