Killing champions from those factions rise the infamy by 4 points, but you get nothing from killing common-tier mooks. Is this intentional? If it is, what is the reasoning behind it?
I haven’t farmed rep for them in a month but it hasn’t changed last time I played. You get 70 points for killing bosses and 1 point per enemy. If you have a writ you can get higher infamy gains.
Your game sounds bugged to me.
Mine’s the same way. Acolytes (white names) give no rep, Apostates and Dreadlords (yellow) give 4.
Perhaps you’re too high level for the difficulty you’re playing?
I’m level 100 playing on ultimate, by the way. You guys should test it and tell me if it is the case.

Does anything increase if you just kill a load of Acolytes, maybe they only give you a fraction of a point each at that level of Rep…shrug…guessing 
I need to make a correction to my title. It seems like this infamy issue only affects Death’s Vigil. I just tested my infamy gain with Kymon’s Chosen and common mooks give 2 points of infamy. Champion mooks still gives 4. I’d appreciate it if someone makes a test to see if it’s something general or it’s only affecting me.
Another update: things keep getting weirder. I reached Hated with Death’s Vigil and now champions only give 2,5 points of infamy while common mooks still give me nothing. I wish that some of you guys would help me testing the infamy gain for Death’s Vigil. I’d also like to hear some word from our savior Zantai to know whether this is intentional or some kind of bug.
Just tested it. You are correct. There is no infamy gain on common white mobs at all with order of Death’s Vigil. Only yellow mobs yield infamy gain.
Pretty sure this is a bug and should probably be reported accordingly.
