@Muhammed_Selman_Vura, you need some dynamite to be able to open the way to Tyrant’s Hold, but you can craft that at the blacksmith in Homestead. Then head back down the way you came to Homestead and keep going south down the road until you meet the blockage.

Blow it up and then go through; that’ll take you to the Pine Barrens area and riftgate where you can pick some more quests which eventually take you to Tyrant’s Hold.
