The resolution is set too high, causing the image to exceed the entire monitor. The game only has the character in the middle of the main menu, and all other buttons are unusable.
Hm. Try verifying the game files and if that doesn’t work uninstall and reinstall the game. See if that does the trick.
You could try going in games file folder, and run grim dawn repair.exe programm. It should reset all data about the game.

you can try and set your resolution correct/manually here
alternatively it might be an issue of windows dpi scaling being too high, in which case you can just set it lower or set grim dawn to launch ignoring scaling settings
