I have PTSD from playing anything involving pets and Necromancer at the same time.
I might be wrong here, but if RC is the same “type” of skill as Word of Renewal or Blood of Dreeg then newly summoned dogs still benefit.
It’s not a “buff” in a traditional MMO meaning, but rather a “toggled” aura.
