As we all know, we can set the item filter to not show any dropped item, instead we have to press ALT or other button we’ve set. We’re unable to set the item filter to show only particular items (as the item filter does by default, rare, epic, legendary) when we press a button. My idea is to add a button that would toggle all dropped items on or off depending on the button we press. For example, we only want to pick up rare+ items, so we have it set in the item filter, but then we’re in a huge fight, where we just dropped 30 items, we can’t see shit (cap’n), so we have to either take away the pack of monsters or just pick up everything, here comes our lovely button with help, that, after we press or hold it (pressing would be better), we hide all dropped items, as nothing ever dropped. After the fight, we press the button again and all the dropped items are shown to us again.
Other option would be setting the item filter as it is right now (nothing changed), but add a setting that disables the item filter (instead of choosing an option “off”), but enables the same filter after pressing alt or other button. For example, we’ve set the item filter to show only Legendary items, and we don’t want to see the items dropped until we press a button. Here comes the upgraded item filter, we press alt (or other button) and we see only legendary items, because we’ve set that in the item filter, but we also disabled it to not show it constantly. I know many people will say “If you want to pick only legendary items, and you don’t want shit written on the screen, just disable item filter and press alt, now just pick the legendary items you want.”, but we may have a big pack of items dropped, where we have to run up, down, left, right to see the legendaries we got, or we’ll have to pick up other items in order to pick the legendaries. Btw, I pick rare+ items only. 
One more feature would be nice, in addition to show only e.g. rare+ items, we could be able to set that we want to filter only green and legendary items (I think that was feature was also denied by Crate, but I am not sure).
