[IDEAS] Ideas for future skill modifiers and granted skills

Lets gather some ideas for skill modifiers or granted skills on new weapons or MI’s.

I would like to see a skill modifier which does:

  • add framents to melee fire strike but therefore reduces the damage

I would like to see an item which grants:

  • a big ring of everlasting flame which has increased area of effect
  • an lightning ring which damages enemies entering that barrier

I’d personally love to have an item like the Apothecary’s Gloves with a granted skill that heals, but in an increased radius about twice that of Apothecarys Gloves. Or just increase Apothecarys Gloves radius.

There are some items like this already but one of them is a high level relic. I’m specifically looking for a lower level version that could help in the earlier portion of the game until you hit 40 and can use Apothecarys.

If a hard heal is too OP, just have it put a temporary buff on everyone the radius hits that boosts HP regen by a decent amount.

The point is for this to be an Activated skill, not a toggled skill or a proc, but something you could bind certain devotion abilities to (such as healing rain, as with Apothecarys Gloves granted skill).
