Illusion? New Player

Hello all, I apologize if this question has already been answered but I am new to the game and new to the forums, thank you.

I just tonight purchased the Grim Dawn Loyalist Edition. It came with the coat and wig illusions (which look awesome btw). I put them on my level 1 gear to see what they look like, but is there a way to take them off and put them on higher level gear? Thank you.

P.S. This game is amazing. Exactly what I’ve been looking for in an ARPG!

I don’t think you can remove them from the gear, however you can talk to Kory the Keeper, and get the items again to put them on different gear.
