There is a problem that the AI ignores nearby storage locations. Those. hunters, gatherers, and other loggers ignore nearby storage areas.

It is necessary to introduce a two-level logistics hierarchy.

  1. workers who directly extract resources take them to the nearest storage location
    All storage locations receive a radius within which they receive priority for storage.
  2. There are logisticians who transfer resources from local warehouses to warehouses in village with priority - let’s say the priority coefficient will depend on the presence of residential buildings, a market, etc. in the warehouse area.

Let’s say that a fisherman’s, hunter’s, gatherer’s hut, a smokehouse and a cellar are being built at a distance from the main settlement.
Workers extracting resources do not strive to take the resources to a warehouse in the settlement, they consolidate the resources in the cellar next to them, from where the logistics specialists already take the resources to warehouses in village.
