Increase the duration of WOR, BOD and PB

I don’t believe there’s ever been direct dev comment on the current topic over the years even though there have people vehemently arguing for and against it like in this thread.

There was a similar discussion about recasting Wind Devil… yes, it’s a different kind of skill, but still:

Some of you do not like this form of play, and that is perfectly fine, but that is not justification for a redesign or cramming in 10 transmuters on every skill until everybody has the playstyle they like on every ability.

I’ve already pointed out, and ironically several of you in here have pointed out, abilities that work the way you want, so playstyles you enjoy clearly exist within the game.

So, if WOR, BOD and PB result in too much micromanagement, the practical way is to choose only one of the related masteries and combine it with a more lazy mastery.
