infestation!

Those creatures looks great.

BTW, I only see two different shapes of pumpkins in the picture, I hope they exist in other shapes too. There’s nothing like repeativeness of stuff to ruin a scenery in a game.

Same here, I’m liking the regular posts by Medierra as well. Hope he keeps it up. The regular updates, though little, are great.

This is the only game I am looking forward to…it cant be finished soon enough.

They look great, they have come a long way.

lookin good! thanks for the seasonally appropriate update

Need… video… :frowning:

man those pumkins are so detailed and pretty!

I think it is normal to lose some mesh detail after texturing. Just my 2 cents.

Yes it’s normal, the mesh we’ve seen without the texture is created to generate the texture details, I believe it’s a mesh created with a sculpting tool such as Zbrush. Those meshes are too heavy and not structured to be rigged for a game or even for a movie. So basically the artist use it as a pattern to create a more optimized mesh and to create the textures and normal mapping wich somewhat keeps the details from this geometry!

AAAH…ear-wigs…must kill…eventually

Damn what is a farmer to do when you get a nasty bug infestation in your field like this. It is a good thing there are guns and explosives handy to keep these buggers under control.

Nice look on the art, keep up the good work.

Those look like some pretty wicked pincher bugs\earwigs.I like the detail it is awesome!!! I am sure it looks even better while being rendered in realtime.

Damn, where did I leave that can of Bug spray ?
Oh well, guess I’ll just have to use my boot.
