Wanted to try Blizzard celestial power on Blade Spirit, and seems each Blade Spirit has its own cooldown on Blizzard. Three Blade Spirits can cast Blizzard at the same time or a sec difference. I thought the spirits would share the cooldown. So intended or bug?
