So I picked up this dagger because I never see green numbers when I compare a weapon unless it is a one hander against a two hander lol
So its this dagger that much powerful/better than the Mythical spark of Ultos?
It would really help if that screenshot had legible numbers.

I can read the second shot even on my small screen. To answer your question. It does more damage per second. I don’t know the rest of the build but in terms of sheer DPS, yes it does more damage. The question is what does the rest of your build look like to determine whether it will actually increase your damage, rather than just your DPS. DPS doesn’t take everything into account.

The only way to really tell is to test it out. Kill the same boss, or dummy, and compare times. There are advantages to the legendary, but the green one does more raw DPS.
To me it looks like the difference would only be about 200-300 more dps (weapon damage wise) rather then the 1200 listed because of the buff of legendary and you’d be losing all the nice stats which more then makes up for it
Imo you’re better sticking with the legendary

I assume your DPS is calculated based on regular weapon attacks, not your actual skills. The DPS spike mostly comes from the attack speed difference. Nor does it take the loss of the Spark of Ultos passive into account. From a caster perspective the dagger is just all around worse.
Base attack speed difference + the Electrocute damage on the rare are the biggest culprits.
As far as I know GD’s dps takes one whole second’s worth of DoT into account for the sake of DPS - even if the attack (Savagery here) can hit more than once per second - which would reduce the value of the DoT compared to any flat damage since DoT from the same source doesn’t stack.
Easiest to figure out what is best by testing though.
I agree , after testing a few runs on the sentinel (trying to get covenant of the three blueprint) spark of ultos has a noticeable faster kill time.
