I found it interesting that skills named after Menhir support both shield and 2H melee (Though several patches ago Obelisk of Menhir didn’t support 2H melee), and I’m a big fan of Obelisk of Menhir (Both the skill and the devotion), so I wonder whether Menhir is a shield man or a 2H-melee man (or maybe women).
I assume Menhir(men here) as a very buff men with very big mace and shield in each hand.

At first I was imagining something like the barbarian artwork for diablo 2, but using 2h mace in one hand and big shield on the others.
Then I imagine it would be even cooler if each hand carry both shield and weapon, since dw shield is a practice in Cairn anyway.
From this assumption, I think there is a possibility that he may even have 2-3 pair of arm, one for dw weapon, another one for dw shield, and the last one for eating.
