I would just like to say hello. I have enjoyed video games for as long as I can remember and Diablo II is #1 on my list. I played and enjoyed Titan Quest as well. Within all the buzz surrounding Diablo III I heard of a game called Grim Dawn; the videos I watched of Grim Dawn invoked a sense of nostalgia in me that even Diablo III could not…
I missed out on the Kickstarter but pre-ordered as soon as that service was available. I feel good about contributing to the development of a video game and am excited to be able to take part in the alpha and beta. Video games have been important to me for my entire life and I am excited to be able to be this close to the development of something so awesome! The show must go on and when the game is finally finished I’m sure it will be some of the happiest days of our lives.
Hey, no problem… it’s what I was listening to when I wrote that. There are at least 5 Pink Floyd references in the post; I was hoping someone would notice.
Unless you blatantly wrote “we don’t need no education” I wouldn’t even recognize a single one. Although I did notice the text does read a little suspiciously melodramatic for an introductory text.
So, let’s count:
“The show must go on”
“happiest day of our lives”
“Is There Anybody Out There”
Hm, I can only find three. I wouldn’t count “the wall”, it seems a bit farfetched. Perhaps if it were “a brickwall of text” or “wall of bricks” or something…
Hello and welcome to the forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here! you’ve already attracted quite a lot of interest on your first post:D! see you around.
Hey, good to see you managed to get all the references, Bouss… and I agree Syd Barrett was definitely a huge part of the original Pink Floyd but “The Wall” is undeniably an amazing album.
