I can’t find zantarin I tried a lot without success here is my location guide. I check this 8 location many times he is not there…

Is there new spawning locating?
He has a chance of spawning in the other Fort area in Blood Grove, as well. 1 or 2 spots (I forget exactly).
Most are in the Tomb and if he’s not there, I’d recommend reload for speed.
new spawning locations? Zantarin can also spawn at Fort Haron & Fort Ikon afaik
just search for Zantarin in grimtools/map and you will get spawn locations in there too
He technically isn’t dead. More like undead.

my status is Hated is that why Zantarin doesnt pop ?
You need to be Nemesis status with Death’s Vigil for him to spawn.
(LOL) you need to be Nemesis status to spawn nemesis!

It’s the same for all other Nemeses, need to be Nemesis rank with their respective factions.
You can see that if you look at faction status, “hated” reads “more hero spawns” and “nemesis” reads “Nemesis spawn”
