This boss in Edge of Reality (Cult of Dreeg questline) really needs nerf.
On Ultimate he killed me 5 times, and I have no problems with any other quest bosses on Ultimate.
I almost thought you were saying Ishtak devotion needs a nerf and was like “noo!!”…
