I’ve been using IA for years and can’t imagine ever playing without it. There is no danger that I’m aware of, it even backs up your save files automatically for you. You can download it from the link in IA topic. I think once you start using it you’ll be kicking yourself for not installing it long ago. In-game loot management is simply horrendous waste of time if you plan on having multiple characters
