Okay well before everyone starts attacking me and saying its a rare hard set to farm, let me just let you guys hear what is going on . Okay i have been seeking the Krieg Set for my battle Mage and i have had some success but on the other hand complete disaster. Okay i got really excited that in the very first 2 runs of farming the set i was able to get terrnox to drop the boots, and 2nd run Valexteria to drop shoulder guards. On my 5th or 6th run I got the glove from Valex. Which was awesome and i was happy thinking that it was going to be easy. Now onto the Chestguard and Helm from fleshweaver Krieg. So i am on my like 250th+ Run and he hasn’t dopped No set item and its very rare he even drops another legendary in the loot bubble. He does drop Atherial missive every other run . So is the helm and chestguard from this set really that hard to obatin or is his drop rate bugged. BEcause since then i have obtained 2 more pairs of gloves from valexteria and 3 more shoulderguards, but not chest or helm. And why i thinkin its a bug is because the helm and chestguard from Krieg has a .6% higher drop rate than the 3.4% from Terrnox and Valexteria . Please let me know your thoughts guys cause i am really going to give up soon but i really need and want that full set. I already asked FB community to see if any is up for trade. Thanks
4% drop chance = one in 25.
8% drop chance for helm or chest.
250 runs and not getting any chest or helm, chance for that is 9 x 10^-10 xD

yeah guys i am serious , like i have all the other peices and they are continuing to drop but when i farm him i have not seen one peice. What can i do about that besides keep trying. 1 in 25 huh buddy? Well try 0 in so many damn runs lol …
that is what 4% means since 4 x 25 = 100 but it does not mean that you will get a piece every 25 runs 
yeah i guess you are right. I been trying for 3 days now and i am just getting exhausted.
Have you considered trading for one? Or perhaps transforming one of your extra pairs of gloves using the transmute? Option to turn the gloves into another item in the same set?

In Grim dawn with that set u cant transmute any items of that set. And trade i been posting asking for them 2 items from other players

Well, that sucks. I suppose that brings more of a sense of accomplishment once you are able to asseble the entire set.
Was farming Krieg’s set a few weeks ago and just like you the Mask/Chestguard were the last/hardest parts. I did several runs of Crown Hill rift->Valaxteria->Krieg over 4 days on a Level 100 character on Elite and got several other Legendaries from Krieg and duplicate Shoulders/Gloves from Valaxteria but no luck on the Mask/Chest, eventually gave up.
The set was for another character I was levelling and funnily enough when they reached Krieg on Elite, he dropped the Mask. After that, I just opted to trade for the Chestguard as there were several other gear pieces I was missing for the final setup.
So Evil_Baka at least i am relieved to know that someone else sensed the same turmoil in farming this damn set. Okay makes me feel a little better. Well i switched to my Battlemage Panettis, in which the krieg set is actually for , and when the quest was active to kill the guardians of the fleshworks, ON the VERY FIRST RUN to kill krieg on ELite , boom the Mask dropped. Now im having a hell of a time getting Chestguard. I have 4 of the pieces just need that chest. I eventually will get it.
