Are you sure?? I thought chances increase. So it’s 0.150.85 +0.150.85 + 0.15*0.85= 38 % chance of 10% Reduced target’s Damage for 5 Seconds
They are separate sources and each one has a chance to proc.
I think this is true but it’s not really “stacking”, they just work separately and overriding each other should they proc at the same time.
I feel like it’s more 27.8% chance.
15%85% + 85%15% + 15%15% = 27.75%
Ehh…i asked as with my DEE toon im about to choose kymon or orfer and i had this idea of going 3 x kymon will for extra survivability instead of 3 x survivor ingenuity…
You should decide the faction by the nemesis you are willing to farm with this char.
Looked at Probability theory again, seems it 15%85%85% + 15%85%85% + 15%85%85% = 32.51% because only one reduction can be triggered at the same time.
You have only two events so not too sure why you get three terms multiplied together 
But they can be applied at the same time (hence the 15%15%), it just does not stack.
You can have 3 of those augments (2rings+ammie).
I calculated for 3 augments 
But yes, if they can be applied at the same time, you’re right, it’s 27.75% for 2 events and 38.59% for 3 ones.
