Lack of Aether/Vitality weapons

I also wonder why is that. Necro has a lot of Vitality and Aether that come together, but no gear support for it.
BUT there’s a few items that convert Lightning to Aether. So you can theoretically make a Vit+Aether toon, at least melee Savagery Vit+Aether Ritualist is definitely possible.

They Have a set for Drain Essence which is Vitality and Aether damage. Just no weapon to go with it besides the gun. But Like I said the gun is only aether damage and converts 40% of Drain Essences Vitality to aether.
