Question, do Legendary, Mythical items and blueprints drop from a certain area of the game or is it totally RNG?

Some items have a fixed location, others can drop from everywhere(assuming the level of the monster is appropriate). The items from this set for example

drop only from specific bosses.

TX! So, if it doesn’t say where it drops from in the database, it can drop anywhere from the appropriate level area?
