My brewery caught fire and all started to fight the fire. But then all of a sudden all dropped their buckets and ran away (to their houses). It seems that winter rest has a higher prority than fire fighting. Which is understandable but a bit frustrating. 
In real life I think they’d carry on dealing with the fire - you’re not likely to feel the cold while you’re running in and out of a burning building
