Hi there! ive got one question does the act 1 monsters level up to your level in ultimate, cos i like walk back to the starting point killing monsters for fun and profits Oh are there any chance to a hero editor wich gives you the freeplay option?

like in sacred 2 multiplayer there are a freeplay mod wich disable the main quest so you can roam the world free and you can go wherever you want and hunt down bosses. Im always play that game in freeplay mod.

The quests can’t be diasabled, but you can ignore them and go where ever you want. As long as you have the required scrap/iron to fix any bridges you need to get by.

Not true. You have to complete main line quests in order to open the gates out of Homestead.
