20% left probably wont be that gamebreaking ± whether we get it or not, except for the “ocd”/100% conversion satisfaction inclined 
(which could still be done using an additional item slot)
Only potential trouble i could see having conversion on weapon would be interfering or trivializing slot priority conversion. Tho even if oppressor gets to freely swap belt too it probably wont be that insanely extra busted and just regular busted
